What do we expect from our Client Success Manager?

  • Responsible for delivering assigned projects on-time, on budget, and with the necessary quality to exceed client expectations
  • Helps defines project scope, deliverables and meeting roadmaps with Rosetta project leadership team and clients
  • Identifies resources needed to complete the work and collaborates with staffing team to assemble appropriate skills/teams
  • Forecasts, manages, and reports on project financials, planned vs actual project schedule, and resource utilization. Provides weekly status reports to communicate with Rosetta leadership
  • Manage Rosetta teams of consultants, and sometimes, client staff at client site
  • Generates powerful insights on a broad range of client situations, translating them into innovative solutions and client results
  • Independently structures complete presentations of C-suite level quality, while appropriately leveraging team resources
  • Develops respectful peer relationships with key senior executives based on results, political judgment and joint development of priorities which may have the potential to create future demand for Rosetta
  • Involved in account planning and building broader relationships at the client and heavily involved in identifying relationship building needs for the leadership team
  • Leads the project team process intellectually and emotionally with a high degree of maturity and inspiration by embodying Rosetta’s vision, mission, values and strategy
  • Teach others how to develop valuable business development skills, tools, templates, and frameworks
  • Contributes to best practices, solution development and IP development for the firm
  • Meets travel requirements

Profile

  • You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top tier consulting firm
  • You have strong leadership and people skills
  • You are professional, organized and result oriented
  • You are commercial and customer oriented, thus in position to build and maintain trust with the customer.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French. Additional languages are a plus
